Shipping options are as follows:
In Canada: UPS Ground Service, Purolator Ground Service, Purolator Air Service or ExpressPost (we find ExpressPost to be 2 to 3 days longer than courier shipments and is intended for our rual customers). This will depend on your location, the method chosen and the product.
Please note that not all products are easily shippable by mail. We will contact you if we cannot ship by the method you have selected.
In Continental USA: UPS Ground or UPS Air. We will ship via Canada Post to APO addresses only
Internationally and Alaska and Hawaii: We ship via UPS Ground Service

With both of these courier companies, we enjoy greatly discounted rates which we pass on to our customers, often making courier shipping cheaper than mail. This way we also have a record of and the ability to track your shipment.

Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the order, not on the value of the goods. When goods are shipped by ground courier, you will be surprised how inexpensive shipping is!
At Rittenhouse we ship most of our orders by Courier ground service. We constantly monitor our shipping methods to offer the best service and pricing available. There are no additional costs. If a discrepancy exists you will be notified before the order is processed.
To find out the exact cost for a particular item to be delivered to your doorstep please use the automatic shipping calculator in our check out process. By providing your postal or zip code before you start, as you shop or when you fill your shopping cart, accurate ground shipping will be shown as you shop.
Rittenhouse is a Canadian company. We are conveniently located 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, New York. We are not responsible for the collection of State or local taxes when a product is shipped into the United States. It is up to the end user to remit any necessary taxes. The final price is determined by product cost and shipping as shown. No other additional charges are applied. For orders shipped within Canada, all Federal and Provincial taxes are applied as required by law.
Please make sure the address you entered in your order form is correct. We cannot be responsible for products shipped to the wrong address if that address is the one provided to us.
