You don't need to log-in or have a web account to purchase from Rittenhouse. You can purchase and check out just by filling in your name, address, phone or e-mail and credit card payment information.
We offer the option of a Web Account - simply meaning you add a user name and password to your personal information. By doing this, your name and address information will be retained for future orders. For security purposes, we do not retain credit card information.
You can even check on - and repeat - your previous orders. This is handy for those products and parts that need occasional replacement; or when just one of an item isn't enough! .
When you log-in next time, we will also be able to provide you with shipping rates and applicable taxes as items are added to your shopping cart, because your account information will tell us where you live while you are shopping.
It also means that, once items have been added to your shopping cart, all you have to add is payment information in order to complete your purchase.
