Bahco Heavy Duty Bypass Lopper - P180

Heavy-duty bypass lopper for cutting strong branches in all kinds of landscaping activities.

Its short and thick blade is designed to withstand extreme stress. The deep counterblade is used to catch strong branches. The hook shape of the Bahco lopper counterblade enables a large cutting diameter and holds the branch steady during cutting.
The bypass lopper is designed for cutting live wood. The cutting blade of this lopper slides past a counterblade in a scissor action, hence the name "bypass". The pivot bolt of the Bahco lopper is offset from the natural centre-line of the tool. This unique design feature creates a slicing motion during cutting, which greatly assists in the pruning of live wood. This spreads the wear over a larger area of the blade increasing its life.
