Lawn Aerators - Turf & Water Injected

Aerators are used when turf becomes compacted and hard (in high traffic areas or drought conditions). This allows moisture, air and nutrients to reach the roots of your grass. The Lawn Aerator (92325) is a core aerator that allows the root system in your lawn to receive necessary water, oxygen and nutrients, revitalize compacted lawns. Aerates and pulls plugs up to 3 3/4" deep. Aeratoin rejuvenates older yards and burned out grass, making your lawn green again! Should the Probes become blocked just continue aerating. It is best if you top dress the aerated lawn with organic matter. Make sure that you fill the holes and allow the exsisting grass to show throught the top dressing. Then fertilize and water regularly.

Water Injected instructions:

Method:

1. Attach a garden hose to the aerator. Turn water on high. Then, with a foot, push the tips of the aerator into the lawn, pressing until the footplate rests on the soil.

2. IMPORTANT: Allow the aerator to remain in the soil until foamy, bubbly water comes to the surface. It should create a ring of soft, aerated water several feet in diameter. Repeat the invigoration process until all areas are aerated.
